I wish I can give this a negative zero rating! Every Friday I take my 12 year old to starbucks! We call it "Starbusky Friday" this is her weekly ritual! She looks forward to it! Unfortunately her excitement was ruined this Friday. As we were driving she placed a poll on her instagram asking friends which drink she should pick. When we arrived at this target we went straight to starbucks! Unfortunately we were greeted by an associate who was extremely rude to the customer in front of us, then she extremely rude to a Target store associate that was only asking for water. My daughter looked at me and said I hope she's nice to us. When it was her turn to order she started to say what she wanted and the associate Ana M. Was like.. "wait,wait,wait what do you want!?? My daughter repeated and she again stated what what do you want, what size, she AGAIN repeated in ending she finally prepared it but didn't ask for my daughters name and I decided not to get anything as her body language and mannerisms were just ghetto and rude!!! Needless to say we'll NEVER go to this starbucks again and hope we NEVER encounter this treatment from starbucks employee as I know this is not the treatment it strives for nonetheless my daughter shared with her friends the experience and told them never to go there again. I hope no 12 year old who is looking for the starbucks experience never has to encounter this. A child is building confidence and learning! Therefore this behavior from this employee is unacceptable and shame on her. This visit was made Friday at 5:57pm with Anna M.

From all the Starbucks I have gone to this is the worst. Bad customer service from the start. The lady had an attitude and when she stated to make my drink I heard the sink on. Didn't think so much of it until I tasted the drink and it tested like sink water. Even with the strawberries and syrup in it tasted disgusting. Had to throw it away and just so you know this Starbucks has no toaster so don't even bother asking to have your food warmed up.
